Ferguson Subaru Donates Blankets and Messages of Hope

Ferguson Subaru is proud to have signed the Subaru Love Promise Community Commitment. We signed the Subaru Love Promise because we believe in making the world a better place. Part of the Subaru Love Promise is the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. The Subaru Loves to Care initiative states, "we should all have a chance to lead a healthy life," and Ferguson Subaru is aiming to give as many people that chance as we can.

Ferguson Subaru employees teamed up with the Oklahoma Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to meet with patients at the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute on Friday, July 21st. Subaru employees passed out blankets to more than 35 patients receiving treatment in Oklahoma Chapter to provide blankets and messages of hope to patients at the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute's infusion center. Employees also passed out care cards with notes of encouragement from Subaru customers. It was a great morning of interacting with patients and sharing words of hope and encouragement.

Subaru of America believes in making a positive impact on the community in which we live. As part of ‘Subaru Love To Care’ initiative, Subaru of America has partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Together, LLS, Subaru and Subaru dealers across the country will donate over 38,000 blankets and messages of hope, written by Subaru customers, to patients across the country, and donate arts and crafts kits to children battling cancer.
