Subaru Ranks Highest Overall in J.D. Power Automotive Brand Loyalty Study

Subaru, as a brand, is renowned for its vehicle reliability. In fact, 97% of Subaru vehicles sold in the last 10 years are still on the road today. This commitment to high-quality, reliable vehicles has resulted in numerous awards and accolades, for the brand.

A few of those awards include Kelley Blue Book's 2019 Most Trusted Brand, and the top spot in owner satisfaction, according to the American Consumer Satisfaction Index. Subaru can now add one more accolade to their belt. Subaru has ranked highest overall in J.D. Power's 2019 Automotive Brand Loyalty Study.

The Automotive Brand Loyalty Study calculates whether an owner purchased the same brand after trading in an existing vehicle on a new vehicle purchase or lease. Customer loyalty is based on the percentage of vehicle owners who choose the same brand when trading in or purchasing their next vehicle. [1]

In an article by Automotive News, Tyson Jominy, vice president of data and analytics at J.D. Power, had the following to say about Subaru's latest achievement, "Subaru meets its owners where they are and provides reliable and affordable transportation. In many ways, Subaru transcends economics. Celebrities, academics, outdoorsy types, your cousin back east all drive Subaru. But in reality only one Subaru model even starts above $30,000 MSRP -- the recently launched Ascent. The rest are all $27,000 or below." [2]

Here at Ferguson Subaru, we believe in the product we sell, and greatly appreciate our customers’ loyalty to the Subaru brand. If you haven’t tried a Subaru before, come see us and see what it’s all about! Ferguson Subaru is Northeast Oklahoma's premier Subaru dealer.
